• A successful history of running a business and/or managing an inside sales force is extremely valuable.
• A strong marketing department or marketing aptitude with the ability to successfully manage and sustain your own marketing and lead generation programs is vital to your success.
• We prefer an initial team to be trained of 5 Debt Consultants with a goal to grow to 12 or more within 6-9 months.
• You will need the appropriate financial resources to start a new company or debt settlement division.
• And industry experience is preferred, but not required.
